Will AI Take Over Educators' Jobs by 2030? This week, I wrapped up a private cohort of Lead with AI with the team at BMS, an internal education think tank. For our final session, two teams engaged in a fascinating and crucial discussion: could Artificial Intelligence completely replace teachers by 2030? On some points, most agreed: ? AI can deliver hyper-personalized learning with endless patience ? The technology can support students 24/7 support without ever getting tired ? It could even pick up on individual needs and well-being challenges humans don't see through sensors and data analysis But – the human element in education remains undeniably critical according to this team. We'll always need teachers for: ? Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and responding to students' feelings, offering comfort, and providing motivation. ??Social and Ethical Development: Serving as role models, guiding moral and ethical understanding, and fostering crucial social skills. ??Practical Support: Managing classrooms, ensuring safety, and providing hands-on assistance. The conversation naturally evolved from replacement to integration: AI is more likely to become a powerful tool to support and enhance the work of educators, streamlining tasks like lesson preparation and offering new avenues for personalized learning. Not unlike what we've been discussing here in the corporate world. Thoughts? Congratulations to all 'students' for taking on the AI discussion openly and always with the intent to create a better world for our next generations.

Who's ready to become a one-person billion-dollar company ?? People said that "2025 will be the year of AI agents" and oh boy, is it actually happening. AI agents can autonomously perform tasks, making decisions and coordinating steps. (It's truly remarkable seeing them at work.) Just by watching the demos and trying the available tools, it's clear that the potential is limitless. And it's serious business: -> ServiceNow has AI agents resolving 80% of customer support cases without human help. And cut complex cases by 52% through human-AI collaboration. -> Loveable builds you an Airbnb clone in minutes. -> Salesforce's Einstein SDR autonomously corresponds with prospects until a meeting is booked, at $2 a pop. Imagine having a virtual team of AI agents handling tasks autonomously. Then all you need is a billion-dollar idea. No fundraising or people needed. Being proficient with AI tools is a superpower. Even if you don't want to be a one-person unicorn, you at least will want to be a SuperWorker. Here's how you can start: - Identify tasks that are repetitive and digital. - Implement Operator, Deep Research, Loveable, or Manus AI (if you can get an invite) to put AI agents to work - Fine-tune these tools to align with your needs and objectives. The gap is widening, who's jumping in now and training their first agents?

The best AI model isn’t about IQ—it’s about how it fits your workflow. Because if you've ever felt overwhelmed by the AI model choices out there, you're not alone. In a training session last Friday, the question kept popping up: "Which AI model should I use?" And not to sound like a typical consultant (once again), but the truth is: "it depends." In the world of AI models, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. It's about finding the model that fits your workflow. Here's how I advise the senior business leaders I coach to approach it: 1. Model Performance: Sure, look at user benchmarks. Gemini 2.0 Flash and ChatGPT-4o are top contenders. But that won't get you far. 2. Model Focus: Each model has strengths. ChatGPT excels in reasoning, while Claude shines in creative writing. What fits you best? 3. Features: Consider what each offers. ChatGPT has a suite of tools, including agents that can do deep research for you. What would help you most? 4. Context Window: Gemini 2.0 Flash leads with a 2-million-token window, crucial for handling large datasets. Is that important to you? 5. Privacy: Claude is known for its privacy-conscious approach, a key factor for many. DeepSeek on the other hand... well... And that's not to speak of where your AI will live. If all of your valuable data already sits in Microsoft 365 or Google Worksuite, an integrated AI there may pay off handsomely. The bottom line? See what fits you best. Like Andrew Currie, try a side-by-side test with your tasks. Find what boosts your productivity. Which AI model are you using most? Share your thoughts below!

41% of employers have plans to replace people with AI. If you're working in data entry, clerking, administration, accounting, or sales, you may be one of the 92 million jobs that will be displaced, according to the WEF. The good news is that AI is creating jobs faster than replacing them. 19 million new roles by 2030. 11 million in AI and data processing alone. But 39% of workers' key skills will change in that time. For most, this all may work out, but the question does remain: are you ready for this shift? I'm seeing firsthand how AI augments human capabilities rather than replacing us entirely - when people decide to take action. Key areas to focus on: ? Continuous learning ? Identifying transferable skills ? Fostering adaptability The future belongs to those who can work alongside AI, not compete with it. How are you preparing for the AI future of work?

In late 2024, we introduced Blueprints - step by step breakdowns of projects, tools, and use cases for our community. Our mission is to help everyday professionals unlock the power is GenAI, one project, and one breakthrough at a time, and this was a natural next step from our micro-learning experiences. ?? Blueprints help folks stay up to date on new advancements and provide a framework to experiment or build with something new, without spending too time in trial and error. We know you are busy - so we give you exactly what you need to get started. And since launching these, many of you have asked what a Blueprint looks like. ???? Our founder, Helen Lee Kupp, partnered with Daan van Rossum and FlexOS to share our Claude Computer Use Blueprint in public. If you're curious about how AI can interact with your computer and follow instructions, check it out! Link in comments.

2024 has been a year of learning for me, and one of the highlights was Lead with AI with Daan van Rossum. It stood out for how much it delivered, both in skills?and?community. The cohorts are full of amazing professionals, and the program keeps on giving with WhatsApp groups and monthly masterclasses that keep us up to speed on the latest developments. AI is moving fast, after all! I shared about it at the time, and a friend later asked me if I?really?meant what I posted. (Social media skepticism is real, isn’t it?) Let me say it again: I absolutely recommend this course.?The next cohort is starting soon, and I can get you $100 off if you sign up before the end of the year. DM me if you’re interested—I’m happy to share details or answer any questions! #LeadWithAI #GenAI #SheLeadsAI
