?? NEW BEGINNINGS AT LEAD CAMERON MIDDLE SCHOOL! ?? Music is alive at LEAD Cameron! Teacher Riley Turner has revived the school's band program, giving students a chance to discover their musical talents. "We live in Music City, but we did not have a band program at Cameron," says Turner, who stumbled upon unused instruments while teaching ukulele last year. The band is already creating beautiful harmony beyond the music—bringing together students across language barriers and building unexpected friendships. ?? Exciting leadership news! Meghan Stowe has been named the new principal of LEAD Southeast High for 2025-26! Currently serving as LEAD Public Schools' director of social studies, Stowe brings 16 years of education experience and has been with LEAD since 2015. Over the course of the rest of the semester, Stowe will work closely with current Principal Hinnant to ensure a smooth transition for next school year.
