Currently supporting the operational strategy and execution framework behind the MLK Jr. Redevelopment Project—a $97M, multi-phase, mixed-use development in Cleveland. As one of the most significant investments in the area in over a century, the project brings together housing, commercial use, and civic partnerships with a long-term vision for community reinvestment. Design by LDA architects, Inc. who have played a key role in shaping the project’s early phases. We had a fantastic time attending the Celebration of Preservation awards and were delighted that it was once again held at the LaSalle Theater, one of LDA's remarkable historic rehabilitation projects. Our own Dominick Durante and Michael Sanbury enjoyed having the opportunity to serve on the jury for selecting award recipients. Congratulations to the winners!

We were thrilled to participate once again in the CANstuction Cleveland-Akron event at the Akron Art Museum. LDA Architects proudly took home the People’s Choice award for our towering 10-foot creation of The Emerald City! We were Defying Hunger with over 3,000 cans of food donated to the Greater Cleveland and Akron-Canton Regional Food Banks!!! We always enjoy supporting this amazing event every year!

The On Site Team has been running a very well organized job, and coordinating with our client ACRE and the design team of LDA architects, Inc.! The innovative construction with the panelized walls, have allowed us to pick up steam and move efficiently!

Every Friday for the next month, we will feature one of our newest Cleveland Restoration Society Trustees. Today we will be celebrating Dominick Durante Jr.! Dominick is the Founding Principal, Design and Managing Principal at LDA architects, Inc., a 30 year old medium sized Architectural and Interior Design Firm. He directs business development, the daily operations of all ongoing projects and is responsible for setting and maintaining a high standard of design and technical quality.
