We were thrilled to participate once again in the CANstuction Cleveland-Akron event at the Akron Art Museum. LDA Architects proudly took home the People’s Choice award for our towering 10-foot creation of The Emerald City! We were Defying Hunger with over 3,000 cans of food donated to the Greater Cleveland and Akron-Canton Regional Food Banks!!! We always enjoy supporting this amazing event every year!

Every Friday for the next month, we will feature one of our newest Cleveland Restoration Society Trustees. Today we will be celebrating Dominick Durante Jr.! Dominick is the Founding Principal, Design and Managing Principal at LDA architects, Inc., a 30 year old medium sized Architectural and Interior Design Firm. He directs business development, the daily operations of all ongoing projects and is responsible for setting and maintaining a high standard of design and technical quality. Steven Jennings RA, LEED AP With significant experience in design and construction, Steve has contributed his intrinsic knowledge to many projects that have made a physical, social, and economic impact on our communities.  Innate creativity and an enthusiasm for historic buildings provide a comprehensive mindset to architecture. His leadership, thoughtful approach to design, and strategic guidance have been essential to the success and growth of LDA. Nicholas Muhvic, RA, LEED AP Since joining LDA, Nick has focused on affordable housing working with various finance agencies and developers throughout the country for both new construction and rehabilitation projects to create quality housing for everybody. His positive attitude and collaborative approach have created lasting relationships with team members, developers, and contractors. Jesse Sweigart, RA Always at the forefront of change, Jesse has been the firm’s leader in advancement and integration of new technologies upon commencing his career at LDA. He maintains the firm’s high standards of quality and innovation, while managing a wide range of projects including commercial and adaptive reuse projects. His expertise in both architecture and urban planning brings a holistic perspective to design.
