Giving Back: LD Tebben at Operation Turkey ???? This year, LD Tebben | A PAX Services Company proudly joined Operation Turkey’s Austin Tailgate, where volunteers came together to make a difference in the community. The team helped prepare over 750 smoked turkeys, along with pies, meal trimmings, and more! Together filling a tractor trailer with everything needed to serve meals across the Austin area. About Operation Turkey For over 24 years, Operation Turkey has been a 100% volunteer-run organization with more than 50,000 volunteers nationwide, working to ensure everyone enjoys a warm Thanksgiving meal. Good news only Friday! We would like to acknowledge Nicholas Weismantel at the LD Tebben, a PAX Services Company Austin Branch for going above and beyond his standard job duties. He is always willing to pitch in where needed and has been an asset in terms of coaching new hires and the field team. He is vital in his orchestration of complex roofing projects by overseeing every aspect from planning to execution. He possesses deep industry knowledge, adept leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. As if that's not enough, he is also the head coach of his son's 8u baseball team and likes to teach his oldest son coding, graphic design, stop motion, and video creation for his YouTube channel. As well as a huge supporter to his wife who is an Area Director for Kerbey Lane Cafe - providing the caffeine to keep him going!
