The Colorado Community of Practice (CoP) is for Owners, Design and Construction professionals to create, identify and share techniques, best practices and ideas for improving individual, team and company successes within their area of expertise. We will also sponsor events aimed at providing Lean thinkers and adopters the opportunity to learn more about Lean, to receive Lean training, to hear about Lean success stories and also to meet other like minded individuals.
Lean Construction Institute (LCI) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1997. The Institute operates as a catalyst to transform the industry through Lean project delivery using an operating system centered on a common language, fundamental principles, and basic practices.
