Heck of a showing this weekend with the MavBots (Team# 5514) moving up from 31st last year to 17th spot this year at the FIRST San Diego Regional out of 52 teams! In addition, we made the playoffs and had some great alliance partners to make for an exciting Sunday afternoon. The MavBots had a great time at the Ventura Regionals this past weekend and our team made it to the Finals (Our first ever finals alliance at a FIRST regional event!). We finished up 12 out of 52 teams in the qualifiers and had some great Alliance partners in FRC Team 5012 - Gryffingear and FRC Team #9772 Titans Robotics AGBU Manoogian-Demirdjian School in the finale. ? It was a great weekend! We have a few things to tweak before the San Diego Regionals (Come out and see us!) here in 2 weeks, but super proud of our team and all of the effort that they’ve put in over the last 10 weeks! ?
