  • Our PE-backed education client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. Open due to growth and reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for month end close activities, assisting with the audit, helping to implement new systems, overseeing payroll and benefits, and more. This is a hybrid role of accounting, financial operations, and some HR. This person will not immediately manage a team but will have the opportunity to build out a team under them as the company continues to grow – both organically and through acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats, working independently in a supportive environment, and able to build relationships with internal and external partners.
