At the beginning of this year, LBCREC foundation donated $500 to four separate women’s shelters in Long Beach, for a total of $2k back into our community. ?? We invited Kent Wallace from @womenshelterlb to open our meeting with a brief introduction detailing how their organization helps victims of domestic violence. Their program will soon expand with the acquisition of new commercial real estate. ???????? Our main speaker Christine Relph, Partner at Kimbell, Tirey, & St. John LLP (KTS Law) provided an extensive legal update on new bills affecting properties, property management, updates to requirements for contractors and amenities, purchase and sale agreements, residential and commercial leasing, and more.
