Josh brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience, having most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Waste Eliminator, a private equity-backed waste and recycling company with operations in Georgia and South Carolina. ? Throughout his career, Josh has focused on strategic growth, operational excellence, and team development across multiple industries. His journey includes managing large-scale football operations at the University of Georgia, where he played a key role in securing a national championship, and leading transformative initiatives in the private sector. ? At Waste Eliminator, Josh drove significant revenue growth, optimized operational efficiencies, and fostered a strong, scalable company culture. As our Chief Strategy Officer, Josh will help guide the helm of our overall strategic plan and our Project Management Office (PMO). He will be responsible for overall project management priorities and the RRT team, ensuring alignment with our current and future business direction. ?
