On November 12, our University Health Retama team placed 1,338 cubic yards of concrete—enough to support 72 average sized #SanAntonio homes—on five major structural components in just 17.5 hours.? ? From 2am to 7:30pm, concrete was placed and steel erection began around 2 pump trucks and 3 tower cranes. ? All in a day's work.???

Facing the most severe winter in a generation, our team battled the elements with heaters, precise temperature control, and sheer willpower. ? But that's just the foundation. The Worthington pushes boundaries with: ? An elevated pool and spa deck featuring a lighted glass rail system. ? Sophisticated flush cabinet doors with hidden pulls for clean, modern spaces. ? Innovative three-celled core installed with self-climbing formwork. ? With the Wasatch Mountains to the east and a vibrant downtown westward, The Worthington isn’t just a place to live, it’s a visual feast of breathtaking panoramas. ? Along with our partners W.E. This 1.2M SF distribution center for PUMA Group was a true collaborative effort. Working closely with our partners Clarius Partners, LLC, Cresset Partners, and Butler Design Group, we transformed this initially speculative #warehouse into a custom build-to-suit that now houses Puma's sophisticated fulfillment operations. ? Some key details on this project: ? Extensive utility upgrades, including installing three miles of new sewer lines and providing an additional 16,000 amps of power to support Puma's robotic fulfillment system ? Fire suppression system to safely accommodate the facility's 360,000 product bins ? High-performance insulation and HVAC to maintain an 85°F max temperature ? Pending LEED Gold certification for the 10,000 SF of office space Congrats to the entire Puma at Crossroads 303 team on this well-deserved recognition!???
