?? Layer 10 Celebrates a Milestone Victory! Recently, our team faced a challenging situation with a multi-family client in Montana. Last week was supposed to be our final push to building handover, but we discovered that a critical part for building security was missing from one of our vendor's deliveries, a component essential for completing building inspections. Despite discovering the issue early in the week and arranging for the part to be shipped to the site, the wrong part arrived. Instead of taking the easy out and shifting blame, we worked closely with our vendor to find the correct part locally and dedicated our weekend to getting it installed. This incident highlights our unwavering commitment to our clients. Since our founding in 2016, Layer 10 has maintained an unprecedented track record: not once has technology within our scope been the reason for missing a move-in or CO date. This is a testament to our team's dedication and resilience, and we couldn't be prouder. A huge thank you to our incredible team and partners for making this possible.
