With over thirty years combined experience, we are ready to help disabled veterans receive the VA benefits they deserve.
关于我们
Have you been denied benefits or believe you deserve a higher rating? The VA system can seem overwhelming, and the limited resources available are not clear and comprehensive. Currently, the Department of Veteran Affairs (“VA”) reports that there are over 320,000 claims waiting for a rating decision and it can take years to process an individual claim. According to recent audits, the VA makes mistakes in about 25% of all VA disability cases. With our knowledge and experience, we aim to decrease this percentage and ensure that all disabled veterans receive the VA disability benefits they deserve. With over thirty years of combined experience in litigation and agency law, we can spot the issues, gather all of the necessary medical evidence and navigate the ins and outs of the VA system to help you reach a decision more efficiently and effectively. Often one claim can turn into multiple claims. No matter where you are in the claim process, we can help. We handle claims beginning at the regional office all the way through the federal court system. Let Attorneys Hrabcak and Weida fight for you and navigate this difficult and often unfriendly system.

Each year, the Board handles about 100,000 appeals, but many cases have to be reviewed more than once, which adds to the backlog. This means it can take longer than it should for veterans to get decisions on their disability claims. Want to know what you can do to help get your case heard timely? Keep Your Information Updated Make sure your contact information, medical records, and other relevant documents are current and accurate. This helps prevent delays caused by missing or outdated information. Work with a VA Accredited Attorney VA Accredited Attorneys can assist with preparing and submitting your appeal. They are experienced in navigating the VA system and can help ensure your appeal is thorough and well-documented. Consider Waiving Your Hearing If you selected to have a hearing before the Board, expect an additional 2-3 year wait time. In many instances all evidence, including relevant testimony from the Veteran may be submitted directly to the Board for its consideration. Submit all Evidence Timely If you selected the Evidence Submission Lane with your Board Appeal, make sure all additional evidence, whether Statements in Support or medical evidence is submitted to the Board within the 90 day timeframe.
