The “Tour of Lawrence” day is always a favorite of Leadership Lawrence. Thank you for allowing us to tour your location.
We were delighted to be included in Leadership Lawrence’s "Tour of Lawrence" today! Class members had the opportunity to visit the historic Courthouse and explore the newly renovated Commission meeting room. County Administrator Sarah Plinsky enjoyed interacting with them, discussing county government and sharing the courthouse’s rich history.

Time is moving fast–it’s hard to believe we’re already over a month and a half into 2025. ?As we rev up into the new year, I find myself thinking back on 2024, and all the incredible work that went into another year of growth for Jefferson’s. I want to take a moment to call out just a few of the things we at Jefferson’s were proud of last year: ?? We opened 3 new stores, with all of them exceeding $2M in AUV, and 2 of them surpassing $3M. ?? We served up over 2 million cups of our fan-favorite, house-made ranch, which was our #1-selling item—coming in ahead of even water! ?? We generated positive same-store sales: Our system created more revenue in 2024 than it did in 2023, indicating clear, localized growth of our locations (as well as customer loyalty!) ?? We went big by thinking local. In our first year of implementing system-wide collaborative marketing, we were able to launch and expand local initiatives that support all of our individual franchisees across our five states. A few highlights include: ? Expansion of our Coach of the Year Initiative, allowing us to recognize outstanding service-oriented individuals across our communities. ? Making noise for Team USA with an Olympics giveaway event for all Jefferson’s patrons.? ? Prioritized digital media dollars allocated against our locations and franchisees over the brand as a whole. Our 2024 recap has shown us that demand for the Jefferson’s brand continues to grow and our customers keep coming back–and none of this would be possible without the awesome team we have at Jefferson’s. Our franchisees and employees have brought passion and dedication to their jobs, and we’re confident that 2025 holds more momentum–and more ranch–for Jefferson’s.
