Happy Wednesday! The North Lawndale Homeowners Association would like to send a reminder for the upcoming meeting! The next NLHOA meeting will take place tomorrow, November 21, from 6-7 pm, at the NLEN building located next to BeeLove Cafe (1111 S Homan Ave). Lou Malnati’s will be provided, with an increase in food quantity compared to the last meeting. Additionally, a loan officer from Wintrust Bank will be present to give a 15-minute financial presentation, following up on the previous estate planning workshop.

This Saturday, 12-3 pm, Litter-Free Lawndale is hosting Trash Bash, a celebration of the work put forth toward creating a clean and beautiful North Lawndale. There will be refreshments, there will be fall crafts for children, and, most importantly, Litter-Free Lawndale will begin the community conversation about the plans for 2025. Trash Bash will be startin at 3243 W 16th St. We hope to see y'all there!
