Strengthening Safety, Growing Our Team! 👏 We’re excited to welcome Alphonse Joseph as the Director of Safety at LMCLP! With over 10 years of experience in safety and compliance across multiple industries, Alphonse brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. A U.S. Army veteran, Alphonse has an extensive background in DOT Hazardous Materials, FMCSA, EPA, and OSHA regulations. He has led successful safety initiatives that have reduced incident severity and improved overall safety performance. Prior to joining LMCLP, Alphonse served as the Transportation Compliance Manager at United Site Services, where he developed and implemented standardized safety procedures, enhanced cross-departmental collaboration, and led compliance training initiatives, ensuring 100% adherence to industry standards. Alphonse holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. He is also a Certified Director of Safety and Hazardous Materials Specialist. Working out of the LMC Houston Central Branch, Alphonse will be responsible for enhancing workplace safety, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His leadership will play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and maintaining the highest safety standards across all operations.
