I am a US Attorney, practicing exclusively Immigration Law for over 13 years. I was born and raised and educated in Limerick, Ireland. I moved to the U.S. in 2004. I have gone through the U.S. Immigration process myself. I understand the waiting involved, the confusing questions asked by officers at interviews/airports, the monetary expense, the uncertainty of getting your visa approved; nerves when departing the States etc. I have done a lot of media in Ireland on TV/Radio/Newspapers over the years. I have helped many people with no legal status or have done something in their past such as an arrest/overstay etc. obtain visas. I focus on complex areas: ?Consulate issues: Visas denials, waivers required, how to use use other consulates because your home country wont approve you, officers wont look at your documents etc ?Airport issues: Denied entry/admission, visas & ESTA cancelled, you signed a sworn statement & now realize its impact on your visa case, told you lied/misrepresented yourself etc. ?USCIS: Responding to requests for further evidence (RFE) that on paper look like they will not be approved ?Temporary visas (inside & outside US): B-1,BILOH,H-3,O-1,EB1,L-1,E,P,B2 etc. ?Family visas: Green cards/CRBA green cards outside the States/US citizenship through grandparents/Self-employed green cards/Fighting to get your green card back/National Visa Center (NVC) cases. I focus on educating my clients. I prep all my clients before they speak to any immigration official. We do mock interviews and go through not only the requested documents (making sure you have the strongest ones); mock questions you may be asked by the officers. None of my clients ever go to an interview without being fully prepared by me.
