Meet the Lavista Team Senior Director Graham Perry specializes in tenant representation, providing a full spectrum of consulting services to both corporate and individual clients. Additionally, he works on behalf of several healthcare clients, facilitating transactions for ambulatory surgical centers and clinical offices. Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2013, Graham has over $150M in transactional experience and completed transactions across the country. He is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and is fluent in Spanish. Graham recently received his SIOR Global Designation making him the youngest Office Specialist in the Georgia SIOR Chapter. Graham graduated from The Westminster Schools and Hampden-Sydney College where he played college football. He is married with one daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth football at Northside Youth Organization.

Tom’s extensive experience drives his ability to prepare robust market studies, to develop and implement effective marketing plans, and to navigate complex lease and sale transactions. He excels in financial analysis, marketing, negotiation, communication, and closing transactions. A few of Tom’s past and present clients include Prologis, GID, RRI, First Industrial, GE, CONAC, RACO, FabricAir, and Phillip Cable, Inc. Tom is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS (ACBR) Million Dollar Club. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate at The University of Georgia and served in the United States Marine Corps. An Atlanta native, Tom now resides in Suwanee with his wife Brandy, and their three children Evan (10), Jonathan (7), and Emily (5). Outside of work, Tom attends Gwinnett Church and enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and coaching his son’s youth baseball teams.
