BREAKING: Astounding new research shows unprecedented findings. Studies show a direct correlation between completing your FAFSA and getting the money you need to fund your education-- a completely unexpected outcome after years of research. However, researchers were further floored by another twist in the data. Trends showed that completing additional FAFSAs in the same aid year provides minimal change in these financial gains, suggesting that students need only submit one (1) FAFSA to reap the benefits. This shocking revelation shook even seasoned veterans of the LaunchNW team. "Someone online told us the FAFSA was a waste of time, " says Jeff Lenberger, financial guru and Controller at LaunchNW. "Now, we can confidently say the first submission wasn't-- but after the eighth or so application, I began to note some diminishing returns." With LaunchNW, Stem 4 Good is currently in need of volunteers for after-school STEM programs in Spokane Public Schools, specifically at Lincoln Heights, Balboa, Finch, and Jefferson.?Each school requires one industry partner to lead and one college student, as a Spokane Public Schools staff member will be provided to assist with classroom management. Washington Alliance for Better Schools supplies all the curriculum, training, and materials.?The fall program runs once a week for 4 weeks, starting the week of October 28th, from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.?The attached flyer contains registration details.
