Career update: These are the droids you're looking for… During my recent search, when I was asked about the kind of opportunity I was looking for, I'd often reply with something like: "I have some many things I want to build in partnership with great companies, but it's been a while since I've worked with an org that has the depth of resources required to build these kinds of things..." About 1.5 months into working with NTT DATA I am starting to realize, we can pretty much build, rebuild, re-invision, evolve, architect... anything. The group I am working with within NTT, Launch by NTT DATA does so with a human-first approach, which is near and dear to my heart. We're moving toward a world where legacy tech stacks and enterprise software must evolve to make room for new technologies such as agentic systems—but NOT at the expense of the end customer/employee experience. It feels like we're re-building for the future. As I've aways said—digital transformation is the journey that never ends. If I've worked with you in the past, and you see the above opportunities in a similar way, we should figure out how to work together again.
