Today, we are excited to announce updates to the Laudio leadership team as we continue to expand our market reach and client partnerships: First, we officially welcome Michelle McGee to our leadership team. She is taking on the role of EVP, Client Engagement & Delivery, transitioning from Tom Hills. Currently EVP, Client Services, Michelle joined Laudio three months ago from Cranemere, LLC, where she was Operating Partner and Executive-in-Residence. Michelle has deep experience growing and scaling customer facing teams, including 24 years driving growth and client strategy for The Advisory Board's largest health system accounts and leading the Client Success team for its $250M business intelligence division. Tom Hills, who has led both the Sales and Client Engagement functions at Laudio and played an instrumental role in the company's rapid growth in the last seven years, is assuming a new executive role with the company as EVP, Commercial Strategy. In this new position, Tom will be advising both Laudio's sales and client engagement teams on optimal avenues of growth, accelerating client expansions, and deepening relationships with prospective clients.
