Bridging Tech and Workforce Development in our Digital Leaders Academy! ?? Our partners from Lights On Collective guided our students at Argo Community Highschool through a hands-on lesson that highlighted how AI tools can enhance personal branding. By leveraging AI, students learned to refine their resumes and articulate their unique strengths effectively—a forward-thinking approach that sets our program apart. As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded professionals, this program emphasizes more than just technical expertise. It nurtures soft skills like critical thinking, communication, and adaptability—aligning with one of our core pillars. By the end of the session, students had completed polished drafts of their resumes and cover letters, leaving prepared to make a strong impression in their future careers. We’ll continue this journey by hosting mock interviews with industry professionals, helping students apply their newly honed skills in real-world scenarios.
