On average, women working full-time in the U.S. earn just 83 cents for every $1 earned by men. At this rate, closing the gender pay gap could take 134 years globally! ?? This disparity is reflected in our own community—our 2025 LIF Select Mentorship cohort was only 29% female. We must do better in ensuring Latinas have access to mentorship, leadership opportunities, and the financial careers they deserve. ?? Ways YOU can help close the gap: ?
