Just released: The 2024 Latino Board Monitor shows that Latinos now hold 5.05% of Fortune 1000 corporate board seats—up from 3.2% in just four years. While this marks progress, Latinos remain the most underrepresented group in boardrooms, despite being the fastest-growing demographic with a $3.6 trillion GDP.
