Latinas in the South Coast (Lit SoCo) is a Massachusetts-based group focused on creating a platform for Latina Professionals, Entrepreneurs and Hispanic-Led Organizations. Our goal is to bring together a community of powerful women looking to support, network, engage, inspire, economically empower and celebrate women, specifically Hispanic women and families in the community. This mission-driven group will help women build meaningful relationships while celebrating, uplifting each other, and coming together to create positive change for the betterment of themselves and their commUNITY. ?????? ???????? ????????????: ? ???????????????? - Kindness Matters. We treat everyone we interact with kindness and respect. ? ???????????? ???????????? - We are focused on creating a positive change not only with Hispanic women in the community but also within the Hispanic community as a whole. ? ?????????????????????????? - We embody community over competition and know that this is an intentional practice of raising up others in our community and lending a helping hand whenever we can. ? ?????????????????? - Although this is a group targeting Hispanic women, we are not wanting to exclude others. The goal is to empower the Hispanic community and assist in bridging gaps. ? ?????????????????????????? - Everyone’s journey is different and we value and understand that not everyone communicates or processes information the same. We seek to understand and learn from each other.
