The Lathrop Community is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community based in two locations: One off Bridge Rd. in Northampton, MA, with 77 Townhomes, 2 apartments and a Meetinghouse, and one off Florence Rd. in Easthampton, MA, with 61 Townhomes and an Inn with 58 apartments. Lathrop is Independent Living and has a variety of support services to meet the needs of aging adults: Meals, housekeeping, transportation, a Wellness Center staffed by nurses, home health aides and many other services.
