?? Today, we announced our full-year results and Annual Report for 2024, our Sustainability Report and last but not least, our strategic growth plans for 2025. We’re delighted to confirm we delivered profitable results while achieving our guidance. Our core product, Dynamic Holiday Packages (DP), is the fastest-growing business in the group and was instrumental in that achievement. With travel set to remain a top priority for consumer spending in 2025, we have the right assets to secure a strong and distinctive position in this growing market. Our strategic direction is focused on growth, scalability, and efficiency with four core drivers: - Strengthening market presence through a data-driven approach? - A differentiated brand strategy to bring us even closer to our customers - Evolving Dynamic Packages: curating holiday components to complement Flight+Hotel, designed to enhance the traveller's journey. - Helping travelers every step of the way and again until their next holidays, to become their travel companion. Outlining the new trajectory for the group, which places customers at its heart, Chief Executive Officer, Alessandro Petazzi, said we were in the “right moment to secure our position in the fast-growing packaged travel segment”. Alessandro added: “We’re already off to a great start in 2025, with flight-only enjoying a positive trend and Dynamic Holiday Packages delivering strong profitability. If you've clocked an average of 30,000 daily steps this week - our team probably saw you at ITB Berlin. The biggest, and some say the best, Travel Trade show, saw the world of international tourism gather in Germany. Our teams came back buzzing with new ideas and agreements, which we can't wait to bring to our customers in 2025. Supply Director and Chief Commercial Officer, Martin Kleinman, has just about caught his breath. ?? We published our Q4 and Preliminary Full-Year 2024 results. Here are the headlines for Q4: - Q4 is traditionally considered a softer period in the travel industry, but the company delivered a robust financial performance thanks to Dynamic Holiday Packages (DP) growth. - Take Rate achieved an all-time quarterly high of 10.3%. - Dynamic Holiday Packages growth of 34% year-on-year led to Revenue of €62.5 million (+4% vs. Q4 2023). Looking at the full year 2024: - After a slower-than-expected first half, a solid recovery in the second half allowed lastminute.com to meet guidance and deliver profitable results. - Revenue totalled €313.7 million, a 2% decrease compared to 2023, but improving vs. previous quarters, and in line with guidance. ? - In 2024, DP continued to deliver robust performance, achieving a +25% year-on-year revenue growth. ?? The first major Travel Fair of the year took place this week and as usual, FITUR 2025 delivered on what it does best - bringing the best people in the best industry in the world together. We’re proud to have joined forces with the TICINO Turismo & Convention Bureau to showcase the stunning landscapes and wide range of accommodation options of this beautiful Swiss region – home to our headquarters. In just one month, the campaign reached over 4.5 million views (across Italy, Germany, and Switzerland) to the dedicated landing pages. Key insights from the campaign include: ?? Gastronomy was the star attraction across all markets. ?? Christmas markets were a key driver for Italian visitors. ?? Nature and outdoor activities were top reasons to visit for German and Swiss travellers. ?? Couples emerged as the top audience segment.
