In one of our favourite projects this year, we partnered with Mosaic to add AI-driven recommendations to their resource management software.? Companies use Mosaic to forecast work and manage their people across projects based on availability, skills, and more. They've raised $4M in funding led by Las Olas Venture Capital, and ranked 226th on the 2024 Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies. We used Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI best practices to set up new infrastructure and help with LLM integration: - Built and connected the GCP environment, set up GKE - Met their needs on multi-tenancy security and SOC 2 compliance - Advised on LLM providers in terms of speed, cost, and quality - Supported deployment of OpenAI models, fine-tuning prompts and output - Provided effective solutions to ensure consistent LLM results Thanks to this investment, Mosaic's SaaS product has seamless AI recommendations running on a cloud-native infrastructure.
