It was an honor to support our local military families this holiday season. We joined our customer, Jackson & Blanc, at the YMCA's Operation Turkey Drop to hand out turkeys and commissary gift cards to those who serve and sacrifice so much for our community. Being a part of such a meaningful event reminded us of the importance of giving back and standing alongside those who protect our freedom. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve those who serve us. Thank you to the YMCA, Jackson & Blanc, and everyone who made this event possible!

This week, our HR Manager, Cathie Trautman, SHRM-CP, attended the Arcoro Elevate Conference in Scottsdale, AZ. Cathie came back with some great insights on how to further improve processes, tips for refining our ATS to enhance the applicant experience, best practices in recruiting, and how to utilize Workflows to streamline tasks across the company. We're excited to see how these tools will enhance our HR processes, ensuring smoother operations and a better experience for both employees and candidates. At Laser Electric, our amazing Warehouse Crew, headed by Tomas Guzman, does so much for us! - They respond quickly to requests from foreman and project managers, solving problems and adapting on short notice. - The team provides prefab support, assembling materials ahead of time to keep projects on schedule and save crucial hours. - Deliver materials, tools, and supplies efficiently to job sites, ensuring our teams have what they need when they need it. - They stay ahead of the curve by maintaining order, keeping track of tools, and keeping the facility in tip-top shape. Their work helps us maximize productivity, keep projects running smoothly, and improve how we serve our customers.
