Laser Dynamics is a contract laser materials processing company that works with tight tolerance projects where quality is imperative. Laser Dynamics offers laser marking, laser micro-welding and laser micro-machining. Laser Dynamics specializes in the following industrial fields; Medical, Dental, Electronics, and Automotive. We use multiple wavelengths that allows us to mark on limitless materials including many metals, plastics, and rubbers. Laser Dynamics has in-depth knowledge in the field of laser marking and has produced excellent marking results on over 100 unique materials including plastics, rubber, metals and exotic materials. Our dedicated staff have run millions of parts for the medical industry with zero at-fault return orders. Laser Dynamics is very excited to be moved into a brand-new facility with a class 10,000 Cleanroom for marking medical parts.

Flexible Tube Cutting ? Laser Dynamics demonstrates tube cutting of 304 Stainless Steel, (.500” O.D., .028” Wall) with a flexible tube design that we created. Nitrogen assist gas was used to create oxide free cut edges. Similar tubing designs as this are used in the Medical Device industry, typically on a smaller scale, in catheter applications where flexibility is needed for the target procedure.
