Ansley joins us as Business Development Manager and brings in vast experience in developing new business in the tradeshow industry. We’re excited to see the impact she will make with her expertise. Franco comes on board as Estimator and is bringing his passion for the event industry.?Franco started as a welder and metal fabricator for about 18 years and in addition to estimating, he also 3D models in CAD. We can’t wait to see his contributions to our team. We’re so excited to have both of you with us and can’t wait to see all that you’ll accomplish. Before the iconic Tropicana Hotel & Casino was reduced to rubble, we had the privilege of managing a truly unforgettable tradeshow event there. From the grand entrances to the bustling exhibit halls, the Tropicana played host to countless memories—both for us and for the many attendees and exhibitors who walked through its doors. We’re proud to have been a part of the Tropicana's final chapter, bringing people together in one of the last events held inside its legendary walls. While the building may no longer stand, the experiences and connections created there will live on in our hearts. The building block to a lasting company are the employees who work here day in and out. Today we want to feature Lorinda Koch who has been with LVE for over 26 years and has done has over 900 shows! Lorinda’s first show was Champs, which we still do today! She started as a General Contractor and was the only one at that time and created one of our first exhibitor manuals! Tradeshows and events run in her blood. So much so that Lorinda’s dad also works for LVE and her husband and 3 brothers are in the industry. Her favorite thing about working at LVE is every day is something different. She truly enjoys what she does and loves all the interactions with clients and the team. When not on the show floor or planning an event, you can find Lorinda in the great outdoors and in her happy place of the Northwoods.
