Who is a woman who has inspired your career? #IWD25 So Many! I could not possibly name them all but I can point to three amazing leaders: -Sandy Perbeck Walmart Store Manager was the one who taught me the fundamentals of leadership as she worked with me right after I graduated from College. -Marianne McDonough, first female regional for Walmart taught me about authenticity as a leader. -JoAnn Martin Ameritas CEO taught me about the importance and impact of care and compassion for the people in your work and in your life. There are more, but these three stand out. Unfortunatley all three are no longer around to read this...but they understood and never took for granted their role and impact. I was so fortunate. To the women in my work and life that I continue to learn from today, Thank you and Happy International Women's Day!
