Today, the Larry H. Miller Company celebrated Diana Armitage, our custodial manager, who is retiring at 84 after 29 years of service. Diana first started at the Larry H. Miller Company in 1995, cleaning a Toyota dealership in Murray, Utah. She cleaned the building by herself six days a week. Our founder, Larry H. Miller, was so impressed with her work and attention to detail, and promoted her to oversee and manage the cleaning of multiple dealerships throughout the state. At the end of her career, she oversaw the cleaning and building management of the Jordan Commons campus in Sandy. In 2022, Diana was awarded the Larry H. Miller Values Award at our annual Who We Are event. Brad Holmes, president of Larry H. Miller Real Estate, presented Diana with the award and thanked her for her hard work and dedication. Thank you for helping us make the places Where Life Takes Place, Diana. Please enjoy a restful, well-earned retirement.

A new Salt Lake County Regional Arts Center with an 800-seat theater, event space, and visual art gallery will be a great addition to the entertainment district in Downtown Daybreak. We are grateful to be working with Salt Lake County and the Larry H. and Gail Miller Family Foundation on this exciting project! Beautiful homes ? Great neighborhoods? 67-acre lake, miles of trails, and amazing parks everywhere ? Entertainment district with restaurants, outdoor stage, plaza ? Baseball stadium ? Yesterday Miller Sports + Entertainment, Larry H. Miller Real Estate and the Salt Lake Bees celebrated the completion of the grass playing surface at the new Daybreak Field at America First Square! Can't wait for Opening Day in April!

Meet HomeAid Utah’s Newest Board Member: Bart Sharp We’re excited to welcome Bart Sharp, President of The Residential Division at Larry H. Miller Real Estate, to HomeAid Utah's Board of Directors! With two decades of experience in the home building industry, Bart brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our mission. Bart’s professional journey began in 2004 with a local homebuilder, where he oversaw sales, marketing, and land divisions. He then expanded his leadership experience by moving to Idaho to establish homebuilding operations as a Division President. In 2010, Bart transitioned to The Larry H. Miller Company, where he has held various roles, including President of the Salt Lake City Stars and Chief Marketing Officer for the Utah Jazz. Today, Bart oversees Larry H. Miller Real Estate’s residential division, which includes Destination Homes and master-planned communities like Daybreak. Bart’s dedication to addressing homelessness is deeply inspired by Gail Miller’s philanthropic work and his personal experiences. As a foster parent, Bart and his wife witnessed firsthand the heartbreaking effects of homelessness, particularly on children. These experiences have fueled his commitment to making a difference through HomeAid Utah. Bart views this opportunity as a chance for Larry H. Progress continues on the Salt Lake Bees new field. We're closing up the up the entrance, constructing the mound & home plate, and preparing to install sod next week.
