The secret sauce for the LaRosa's Pizzeria, Inc. family doesn't just involve pizza. It's the universal theme for both its Pizzeria and the Golden Gloves Boxing Club for Youth—family. Founded by Buddy LaRosa and currently led by Christina LaRosa, the Golden Gloves Boxing Gym has earned national recognition, having produced Olympians in 8 of the last 9 Olympic Games. This spring, the renowned gym and safe haven for inner-city youth will relocate to the former elementary school in Elmwood Place. Triversity will handle the construction of the new location.
