Construction at #LantowerSunrise continues to advance, with significant milestones achieved as we bring this 330-unit residential community to life in Orlando. The project remains on schedule, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality multifamily developments in a growing market. ? ?????? ???????????????????????? ?????????????? - Permanent switchgears and temporary transformers are installed, providing stable power for ongoing construction. - The first layer of asphalt across the site is now complete. - Building 2 (165 Units) post-tensioned slabs are complete, allowing first-level wall framing to commence, which is now 90% complete. - Building 1 (165 Units) underground rough-ins are complete, allowing for post-tensioned slab pouring to commence this month. ? Lantower Sunrise is held through a Real Estate Development Trust (REDT), with H&R REIT holding a 29.1% ownership stake. Upon completion, the community will offer premium apartment features, including high-end appliance packages, 10+ foot ceilings, and smart home technology. Residents will also enjoy 16,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga lawn, three landscaped courtyards, and a resort-style pool.? ?
