In 2004 we helped form LWI, a strategic alliance between HR Wallingford (UK) and Lanier & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. with the vision of providing turn key engineering services to the LNG sector. This collaboration blends the world-class marine structural engineering expertise of Lanier with the internationally renowned design capabilities of HR Wallingford, allowing both companies to increase efficiency for more complex projects. Throughout the 20 years, our focus on sustainability, safety, and efficiency has only grown stronger and expanded to include the oil & gas as well as public sector. As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we are thankful for our partnership and cannot wait to see where the future takes us. GLOBAL. STRATEGIC. UNITED.

We want to thank Dr. Stuart Bell, President of the University of Alabama, for stopping by the Lanier & Associates’ New Orleans office today. Dr. Bell has a degree in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M and is also the former Provost and Chief Operating Officer of LSU. In addition, he currently serves as President of Executive Committee of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). On October 24, 2024, Lanier & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. celebrated 50 years of excellence in true New Orleans fashion - with a Second Line parade to one of our favorite neighborhood watering holes. We cannot begin to thank all of the clients, team members and partners who have made this past half century possible. "My father founded Lanier with a vision to provide the highest level of specialized marine, port, and dock engineering design and implementation services to key industries and global companies. Now, five decades later, we continue to uphold that legacy of excellence through the work of our talented team that keeps the international economy humming. Being from New Orleans, a street parade to celebrate our culture, heritage and most importantly, our team, was the right way to mark the occasion," said Lanier President Price Lanier.
