Encourage all participants to use a wired connection for added stability. 2. Test audio and video equipment: High-quality audio and video make a difference. Test your microphone and camera in advance and use noise-canceling headphones to reduce background sound for interpreters and speakers alike. ?? 3. Choose compatible platforms: Make sure the VRI platform works smoothly on all devices being used. Test compatibility across mobile, desktop, and different operating systems if participants are joining from multiple devices. 4.
