Drummond, JD/MBA prevails before the Supreme Court of New Mexico Court on behalf of firm clients, Security Limits, Inc. and Paulo Silva, in an Anti-SLAPP appeal involving issues under the United States Supreme Court’s Noerr-Pennington doctrine regarding petitioning activity before administrative agencies.
