With 180 parts to machine, high spindle uptime is a must. As usual, this is where LANG shines! By machining identical fixtures with pull studs, we are able to swap fixtures and keep the machine running while we remove and replace the completed part with raw stock. Why the need for the fixture in the first place? Well, when you have an ULTEM part that looks like a snowflake and want to avoid the need for a second operation, a bolt on fixture and slitting saw to finish the job is the perfect combo!
