Meet the newest addition to our fleet- the Liebherr LR1500. This 550-ton crawler crane arrived from Germany in January and was transported by 27 truckloads for assembly. The LR1500 will handle a full range of wind turbine maintenance needs, including blade replacements, gearbox and generator swap-outs, and component storage maintenance. But its capabilities go beyond wind- it will also take on industrial plants, gas and power facilities, bridge construction, and precast concrete panel erection. They got an inside look at our operations and learned about the specialized maintenance that keeps our diversified fleet running. From trucks and trailers to cranes, our team shared insight into the skills needed to support a full-service construction company. We also discussed our mentorship program, which helps develop the next generation of skilled techs by providing hands-on learning and guidance from our team.
