Our work is enriched by the time and thoughtfulness the volunteer members, like Sara Hadavi, PhD, ASLA, bring to our Editorial Advisory Committee each year. Thank you, Sara!

October and November are usually the time of transitions at the American Society of Landscape Architects. Here are my transitions/updates: - I am excited to be appointed to the Biodiversity & Climate Action Committee for the upcoming year and look forward to working with professionals and academics on this committee. - As my two-year term of service as the Urban Design PPN Co-Chair comes to an end, I would like to welcome our new Co-Chairs Jiayi (Jenny) Zhang and Kal Almo AIA ASLA SITES, and express my gratitude to all UD PPN leaders who helped us have two productive years together. It was a pleasure to work with Lauren Patterson, PLA, ASLA as the Co-Chair. Lauren, I believe people who work with you are lucky to have you in their team. I was lucky too! Also, thanks to Alexandra Hay for all her support for the UD PPN. - My second two-year term as a member of the Landscape Architecture Magazine Editorial Advisory Committee has come to an end. It was such a great experience to have thought-provoking and eye-opening discussions with many amazing professionals on this committee. I would like to thank Jennifer Reut, PhD, and all the committee members for this opportunity over the past four years. LAM always holds a special place in my heart.
