Western North Carolina – we stand with you. Landmark Builders is calling on all of our neighbors in?the Triad?and Charlotte to join us in gathering supplies to help rebuild the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene. We have organized several donation drives to support recovery efforts and we need your help. ? Our Charlotte and Winston-Salem offices are accepting donations that will be delivered to affected areas this week.?Please see the photo for needed supplies.?In addition, there are volunteer opportunities through Samaritan’s Purse for boots on the ground help in Watauga and Buncombe Counties. We truly appreciate your support?as we stand together with our peers in sourcing valuable supplies to this region. This will be an ongoing effort as the needs will continue to change in the coming days, weeks, and even months.

It’s a great day when we have the opportunity to come together with our peers in the industry and celebrate all of the development happening in the region! Earlier this week, part of our team spent time at the inaugural GC Cup while other team members participated in the NAIOP Piedmont Triad Bus Tour. Space delivery to our tenant is on track for early November, and we couldn't be more excited. Our Director of Development Services, William Beaman, shared, “I’m very pleased with our Greensboro project.
