It takes more than just one machine to move the earth—it takes a team. On our Tech Ridge job site, superintendent and D8 dozer operator, Brad Campbell, is working alongside the excavator operator and haul truck driver to create a critical access point. Every move is coordinated, every task depends on the next. When the right people and machines come together, the job gets done right. ?? #Teamwork #HeavyEquipment #ConstructionLife

On our projects, we don’t just move dirt—we process it. Instead of hauling excavated material off-site and bringing in new aggregate, we make use of what’s already there. Why process material on-site ? Cost Savings – Reduces hauling and disposal costs while cutting down on purchasing new material. ? Efficiency – Keeps projects moving by eliminating delays in material delivery. ? Sustainability – Lowers the environmental impact by minimizing trucking and reducing the need for new resources. ? Quality Control – Ensures the material meets project specs since we process it ourselves. By turning what’s already on-site into a valuable resource, we create a smarter, more sustainable workflow. Have you seen the benefits of on-site material processing in action? Let us know in the comments! #Excavation #MaterialProcessing #Sustainability #ConstructionInnovation #Earthwork

This is why “People” is our first core value. We did not do this by accident. We want all of our people to succeed not only professionally, but also in their personal lives. We are the Landmark Family!
"A good boss makes his men realize they have more ability than they think they have, so that they consistently do better work than they thought they could." – Charles Erwin Wilson (Former GM President & U.S. Secretary of Defense) In the blue-collar world, leadership isn’t about dishing out orders from the sidelines. At Landmark we believe that leadership is about lifting people up, setting the standard, and showing them they’re capable of more than they realize. Whether you're in excavation, construction, or any hands-on trade, the best leaders are the ones who invest in their crews. They teach, they push, and they make sure their people have the tools—both physical and mental—to succeed. The strongest teams aren’t just built on skill, but on confidence, trust, and a leader who believes in them. #leadership #buildingateam #growingtogether

We've entered the third phase of our Timpanogos Canal Lining project. Our crews are building forms and pouring the walls for the new canal. We're on track for project completion in early April and are excited for the impact this will have on Heber City. We've been collaborating closely with Geneva Rock Products to get the job done right—pouring concrete for a water canal that will stand the test of time. From coordination to execution, it’s been a great example of how working together leads to efficient and high-quality results. Big thanks to everyone involved in making this project a success! #teamwork #concretework #infrastructure

This month, we’d like to spotlight Ryan Reeder, our talented shop mechanic. "Ryan has been excelling as a Landmark mechanic, tackling repairs with speed and efficiency. He’s also stepped up by taking on more responsibility, including parts ordering and time management. Ryan is an invaluable member of our shop team and a true reflection of Landmark’s core value of Accountability. Whatever needs to be done, Ryan takes care of it—and always gets it right. We’re fortunate to have someone we can rely on for just about anything in the shop. Thank you, Ryan, for everything you do!" - Mike Brown, Equipment Manager
