Completed Project Highlight! Landivar and Associates completed this very unique interior renovation at the Arlington County Child Care Center, located at 1915 N. Uhle Street, Arlington! This project not only revitalized the space but also prioritized the comfort and accessibility for our young learners and their educators. The renovation features a complete overhaul, including brand-new windows and doors that enhance energy efficiency and natural light. Key areas, such as children’s rooms, teacher workspaces, restrooms, and the kitchenette, have been thoughtfully updated to create a warm, inviting environment that fosters both learning and creativity. In addition to aesthetic improvements, we upgraded the HVAC system for optimal air quality and comfort, and implemented significant site work enhancements to ensure full ADA compliance. We recently converted a two-story building into a state-of-the-art call center for Prince William County Public Schools. Our team added exterior access to the second floor, conducted extensive interior demolition on both levels and implemented significant structural enhancements.
