Landesa is seeking a qualified Consultant/Consulting Firm to conduct a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of our Coastal Livelihoods and Mangroves Project in Cambodia that protects land rights, promotes sustainable land management, and strengthens local livelihoods for coastal communities. The MTR will assess our progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement to ensure we’re delivering the greatest impact for communities in Cambodia. Key responsibilities include: ??Participate in briefings and give input on the assessment design. ??Translate data collection tools into local languages. ??Coordinate field travel and schedule data collection activities. ??Conduct in-person data collection, ensuring data quality and secure storage. ??Analyze qualitative data collected during the assessment. ??Prepare a summary report of findings on stakeholder capacity and governance improvements. ??Hold regular check-ins with Landesa’s Cambodia team and Senior Research Specialist. ??Ensure all data collection follows Landesa’s ethical research guidelines. ?? ?? Landesa at the Asia Land Forum! ?? Last month, Landesa Indonesia joined the Asia Land Forum (ALF) in Jakarta, a regional gathering dedicated to advancing people-centered land governance. We hosted a session on "Women’s Land Rights in Agrarian Reform Implementation", where over 30 participants came together to discuss the challenges and opportunities for securing women’s land rights. ?? Mardha Tillah, Landesa Indonesia’s Program Coordinator, led the conversation alongside partners, sparking great discussions on how women's land rights shape gender equality, community empowerment, and dignity. ??? Thanks to everyone who joined us!
