    The Scoot development is chugging along! Apartment elevator shafts were erected last week as the building begins to come to life for Cudahy to take notice. ? ? ????? Our development narrative nods to an old interurban rail line, The Scoot, that connected city workers to the proud industrial town in the early twentieth century.
