Lanai Community Health Center

Lanai Community Health Center offers primary care, vision, dental, behavioral health, obstetrics, family planning and some specialty health care services and low cost prescription medication to the community whether insured, under or un-insured. To schedule an appointment, call 808-565-6919. The health center's mission is to take care of the community of Lanai. Incorporated in 2004 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, the focus is on patients' physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual welfare to enrich and empower their lives to help build healthy families in a supportive environment.
