Thanks so very much again to the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber (including Hal English, Christine Curnan, Amy Rosica, Rebecca Uhrik, and colleagues) for organizing the wonderful Pitch Stop VII on Feb. 13!? And many thanks to the Grounds For Sculpture (including Karen Hollywood and colleagues) for hosting such a lovely event and collaborating with the Chamber on this!? Wow - it’s been a year since we at Lambent Data, Inc. won this pitch competition! The Chamber kindly invited us back for a display table, to share updates about our work and impact!? Lambent’s Co-founder and CEO Kirsten Hund Blair was delighted to attend with Seyi Ola, MBA, VP at JPMorganChase, who co-leads the Mercer County Reentry Coalition (MCRC) with Jeannette Rizk, Exec. Director of WorkWell Partnership. Lambent Data and MCRC have been partnering for Lambent’s software OurREACH? to be used by the MCRC and other fellow MCRC member organizations to equip people who are reentering the community from prison/jail and also equip the social services and other organizations that are helping them in this process, including with job readiness. Kirsten and Seyi (pictured at the table) enjoyed talking with numerous attendees. Congratulations to this year’s finalists, including winner Blue Filter with an innovative water filtration system relevant for the U.S. and other areas in the world! Photos include Blue Filter’s founder Salah El Sadi pitching on stage and Salah with Kirsten.? Other finalists included Tangra (founder Nelly V. Tacheva, MBA) and One Media Connect. Thanks so much to the judges James Howard, Dr. Shihab Kuran, and Sean O'Sullivan! And many thanks again to the presenting sponsor Integris, which also provided one of the prizes, along with Alchemy Media, Pierson Ferdinand LLP, Imbue, PrimePoint, and the Chamber. Other photos include the Chamber’s Hal English kicking off the festivities and Kirsten with media producer Gabi Johnson (who with Mike Johnson took video and photos, including interviewing participants!), Katherine Kish, and Elisabeta Cristina Dinca. Also, it was touching that the Chamber had prepared the framed flyer highlighting Lambent Data as last year's winner and including the photo of Kirsten with Lambent colleagues Kevin McClarren and Thomas G. Amato with Integris’ Managing Director Chris Kaban from last year’s event!? #innovation #communitybuilding #reentry
