The DDP is a prestigious leadership training initiative designed to prepare talented healthcare professionals for director-level roles within the organization. Candidates go through a rigorous interview process to be accepted into the program. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured learning opportunities, participants gain the critical skills and knowledge needed to lead with confidence and impact in hospital operations. Jess and Paul’s acceptance into this program is a testament to their dedication, expertise, and inspiring leadership here at Lakeview Hospital. On this Veterans Day, we join our HCA Healthcare family in honoring the contributions and commitment of those who selflessly served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Happy International Pride Day to our colleagues, patients, and neighbors! Throughout this month we have taken the time to recognize the significant impact of the LGBTQ+ community. Congratulations to our very own Kaylee, a Certified Sterile Processing Tech in our OR, on receiving a scholarship from the Caregivers of Tomorrow scholarship fund for her enrollment in the Surgical Tech Program at Davis Technical College. Kaylee will use the skills from this program to help further her career here at Lakeview Hospital. Upon completing this program she hopes to work more closely with our surgical team and expand her knowledge in patient care.
