WE ARE HIRING - TREATMENT DIRECTOR in our Kirkland Inpatient location: Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers is a family-owned substance abuse treatment facility that has been providing evidenced-based addiction treatment for over 41 years. We are looking for a Treatment Director in our Kirkland Inpatient location. Our services include medical withdrawal management, mental health services, case management, and free intervention classes. We are state licensed and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the American Society of Addiction Medicine Level of Care Certified. Role Description The Treatment Director under the supervision of the Administrator ensures quality care and oversees the functions of the clinical program and clinical staff. This individual is responsible for the oversight and implementation of care and resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of patients. Qualifications Discharge Planning skills. Experience in case management Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and evidence-based practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience in substance abuse treatment. Master's degree from an accredited college or university required. Current Washington State Department of Health SUDP (Substance Use Disorder Professional) certification for minimum of 5 years. Meets qualifications of an approved supervisor per WAC 246-811-049.
